Photography Policies

Booking & Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement are received. Remaining balances are due before or on the day of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a session. One reschedule may be allowed due to weather, emergencies, or illness. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if approved.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may shorten session time to avoid delays for other clients. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Cash App, Zelle, and other approved payment platforms. Payment plans may be available for select packages.

Editing & Delivery Policy

All final images are professionally edited in my signature style. RAW/unedited images are not released. Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks depending on session type and season.

Image Selection Policy

For sessions that include client image selection, a proof gallery will be provided. Additional edited images beyond the package amount may be purchased separately.

Copyright & Usage Policy

All images remain the copyright of the photographer, Ebone' Henderson. Clients may share images online with proper credit but may not alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media & Marketing Policy

By booking a session, clients grant permission for images to be used on social media, websites, portfolios, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing before the session.

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions to ensure the best experience and image quality.

Wedding Photography Policy

For weddings, a detailed timeline consultation will be completed before the event. Due to the nature of live events, no specific image or pose can be guaranteed.

Sports Media Day Policy

Athletes and parents are responsible for arriving prepared with uniforms, props, and equipment. Team galleries will be delivered within the timeframe discussed with coaches or organizers.

Print Release Policy

Clients receive a personal print release for downloaded images. This release does not include commercial or resale rights.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not issued once services have been completed and/or images are delivered. There may be an option to retake photos, under certain circumstances.

Respect & Conduct Policy

Respectful communication and behavior are expected from all clients and guests during sessions. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate session termination without refund.
